Shipping rates are as follows:

Canada

• Regular Mail (7-14 business days): Free
• Express (3-7 business days): $20
• Overnight: $40 ($30 in Manitoba)
• Courier (Winnipeg only, same day not guaranteed): $5
• In-store pick up (Winnipeg only): Free

US

• Regular Mail (10-14 business days): $10
• Express (5-10 business days): $20

International

• Small Packet Air (7-14 business days): $13
