We will accept items for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the condition they were purchased. Online exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. To return or exchange an item, please call 1-877-212-8122 to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please include a copy of your RA # inside the package and ensure the RA# is recorded on the outside of the package. A RA # must be obtained before returning any items. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit to your account. We do not refund shipping on returned items. Items received as gifts can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. Hilary Druxman is not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.
We ship across North America and over seas. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your shopping bag and filled in the shipping address information.

Canada – FedEx – 5-10 business days, $13.00
United States – Express Post – 5-10 business days, $13.00 USD
International – Canada Post – small packet – 6-10 business days, $13.00 USD

We can repair any Hilary Druxman piece. Please call 1-877-212-8122 to obtain Return Authorization #. Please include a copy of your RA # inside the package and ensure the RA# is recorded on the outside of the package. A RA # must be obtained before repairing any items.
We may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items, but we will do our best.
